New sachet design is awful
"Using the sachet like it says leaves so much product inside so you have to cut the whole thing open anyway. I also don't want to suck on ink, and the outer sachet, which it makes you do now. So I have to slice each open with a box cutter. I have to clean this each time prior to use. It's a sticky mess having to cut it open. Also get less product in these sachets. Used to get more than 15g. Can only buy them in smaller amounts now. Used to get more in a box. Price has gone up I wouldn't mind this, if the money had gone into developing good packaging. Honestly, it didn't need changing in the first place. The product itself is great. However, I probably will not be repurchasing purely because of the difficult, inconvenient sachets unfortunately"
